Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

Welcome to Launchcast. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you and Fera Tech governing your use of the Launchcast iOS application. By downloading or using Launchcast, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Fera Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Launchcast on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Who we are

Launchcast is operated by Fera Tech. The app is available on iOS via the Apple App Store. Questions: support@fera-tech.com

3. Your account

• You can use Launchcast anonymously or with an Apple or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Spam or harass other users in Live Launch Rooms
• Attempt to scrape or systematically download our data
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Launchcast offers the following In-App Purchase products:

5.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Launchcast Pro — Monthly
  Price: $5.99 per month
  Subscription length: 1 month, auto-renews monthly
  Includes: Full Pro access — unlimited alerts, Live Launch Rooms audio, Mission Control AI, audio archive, and more
• Launchcast Pro — Annual
  Price: $39.99 per year ($3.33/month)
  Subscription length: 1 year, auto-renews annually
  Includes: Full Pro access — all features above, billed annually

5.2 Non-Renewing In-App Purchases

• Launchcast Pro — Lifetime
  Price: $69.99 (one-time, does not auto-renew)
  Includes: Permanent Pro access, all future features included
• Event Pass
  Price: $2.99 (one-time, does not auto-renew)
  Includes: 48 hours of full Pro access for a single launch event

6. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial is available on the Monthly and Annual subscription plans for first-time subscribers. During the trial period you have full access to all Pro features at no charge.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the subscription price listed above.

7. Billing & Auto-Renewal Disclosure

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscription prices are listed in USD. Prices may vary by country and are set in the App Store.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.

8. Content accuracy

Launchcast displays information from public sources (Launch Library 2 API, NASA, SpaceX). While we strive for accuracy, launch dates, times, and outcomes can change without notice. We are not responsible for missed launches, scrubbed events, or scheduling discrepancies.

9. AI-generated content

The Mission Control AI assistant generates answers using AI. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely on AI answers for critical decisions.

10. Intellectual property

The Launchcast app, branding, and unique features are the intellectual property of Fera Tech. NASA imagery, SpaceX data, and other third-party content are the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services

Launchcast uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• Apple In-App Purchase — subscription billing
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Supabase — data storage
• Launch Library 2 / The Space Devs — launch data

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data anytime in the app under Settings → Delete Account.

13. Limitation of liability

Launchcast is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fera Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fera Tech is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use of Launchcast after changes constitutes acceptance.
