Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime in iOS Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Launchcast Pro. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you won't be charged.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Launchcast โ†’ Settings โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

Launch alerts aren't arriving

Check iOS Settings โ†’ Notifications โ†’ Launchcast โ†’ ensure "Allow Notifications" is on. Inside Launchcast, open Settings โ†’ Notifications and toggle the specific alert types you want.

The ISS is not showing up on the map

Grant location permission in iOS Settings โ†’ Launchcast โ†’ Location โ†’ While Using the App. We only use city-level location for ISS overhead calculations.

AR Sky Mode isn't working

AR Sky Mode requires iOS 17+, an iPhone X or newer, and camera plus motion permissions. Grant these in iOS Settings โ†’ Launchcast.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Launchcast โ†’ Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete Account. Your data is removed permanently within 30 days.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@fera-tech.com with: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments go through Apple's secure payment system. We never see your card details โ€” only whether your subscription is active.

Can I request a feature?

Please do. Email support@fera-tech.com with "Feature request:" in the subject. We read every request and ship user-requested features regularly.
